CADCA’s Evaluation and Research Team and the Geographic Health Equity Alliance (GHEA), is partnering with Counter Tools to present the latest installment of webinar series, “Conversations: Putting Research Into Action”, on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT, which will discuss the merits of tobacco retail licensing policy in preventing youth e-cigarette use. This month’s conversation will be with Dr. Jessica Barrington-Trimis, regarding her article entitled “Tobacco Retail Licensing and Youth Product Use”, published in 2019 in Pediatrics. The author will discuss her finding that youth in jurisdictions with strong TRL policies were less likely to initiate e-cigarette use or other tobacco use than youth in jurisdictions with weak or no TRL policies. To register for the webinar on August 21, please click here.
