On September 14th, 2016, The National Council for Behavioral Health (National Council) testified during the Open Public Hearing (OPH) portion of the FDA Joint Meeting of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee and the Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee.
