Have you thought about going smoke free in your facility or campus, but were afraid it wasn’t possible?

In 2015, the National Council launched the Wellness and Recovery Learning Community an eight-month initiative comprised of seven Florida-based addictions provider organizations and programs to support providers in developing and implementing evidence-based tobacco cessation strategies for people with addictions. Eight months later, all have gone tobacco-free or have processes in place to help their clients lead a tobacco-free life.

During this webinar, three organizations from the learning community share and reflect on their experiences going tobacco-free, best practices and lessons learned in integrating tobacco cessation into addictions settings, and their progress to date.

In addition to viewing the webinar, check out this infographic featuring tobacco tips from our Wellness & Recovery Learning Community Addiction Providers!
